She has extensive experience supporting professionals with complex safeguarding concerns, including threshold decision-making, consent, risk assessment, patterns of engagement, and multi-agency working.

Her approach is reflective, trauma-informed and grounded in legislation, statutory guidance and professional accountability. She works collaboratively with organisations to strengthen safeguarding practice while maintaining clear and appropriate professional boundaries.
